Eremurus Robustus is commonly called Foxtail Lily or The Desert Candle and its length can become as tall as 2 meters! This flower grows a beautiful sword-shaped foliage at the bottom. From there grows a long upright stem and its upper part is tightly surrounded by beautiful and small cylindrical light pink, almost white bloomers. With its unique shape and overwhelming amount of flowers, it really does resemble a tail! Eremurus Robustus is native to Central Asia and blooms in June. Make sure to provide it with a well-drained (almost sandy) and rich soil in a full sun. Be informed that a gorgeous cluster of flowers will attract bees. Since the flower has medium frost tolerance, do not forget to protect its roots by covering the ground.
