This lavender ang. 'Munstead' is the stronger variety of lavender, popular for its blue flowers and pleasant fragrance. This hardy plant is excellent as a ground cover or for the border. The flowering period begins in June and lasts until August. It will reach a height of about 40 to 50 cm. This beautiful perennial can be used in many ways. Whether in a mixed bed with summer-flowering plants, set in a tub or as a group in the borders. The lavender prefers a sunny spot and wants to be fertilised with lime every year. This Mediterranean plant will keep its green colour in winter. After winter, prune back 10 cm above the ground so that this garden plant can sprout fresh. Enjoy this beauty in your garden.
