This tulip bulb collection "Mondriaan" is inspired by the colouring of the works of art by the Dutch painter Piet Mondriaan (1872-1944). He became famous for his colour-intensive, abstract paintings, which are partly reminiscent of the luminous tulip fields. Enjoy this colourful ensemble in your garden! This flower bulb mix consists of tulips of different varieties. You will find coordinated Darwin hybrids and also single, late-flowering tulips in this flower bulb mix. Place this colourful tulip bulb mix in a spot in full sun or partial shade. The flowering time of the mixed tulips will be between April and May and the flower colours are as mixed as the tulip types. The growth height is uniformly between 50 and 60 cm. This makes it possible to achieve an even garden picture, similar to a Mondriaan painting. For the best effect, we recommend planting approximately 60 tulip bulbs per m². Enjoy these amazing spring flowers in your garden or as cut flowers in your home.

  • First loosen the soil well where the flower bulbs will be planted. Then the soil is easier to work with.
  • Dig a hole and make sure it is 2 to 3 times as deep as the height of the tulip bulbs.
  • For the distance between the bulbs, make sure it is 2 times the diameter of the bulbs.
  • Plant the flower bulbs in the hole with the pointed side facing up or with the root base facing down.
  • Cover the tulip bulbs with soil and water them well.

Pre-orders can be placed up to the first of August, which will be shipped in the first half of September and delivered latest by October.
