Tulip Louvre Orange
Louvre Orange gets its name from the Tulip from which it originated; the Tulip Louvre and in a tribute to the Louvre Museum. It is the orange form of the lilac-purple Louvre. You can still recognise something of its mother at the base of the flower, but this Louvre Orange is much more exciting. A fancy colour flared from lavender to red to end via various copper tones in frivolous darting orange serrations. Louvre Orange is quite large with strong flowers but above all terribly beautiful. Tulip Louvre Orange does very well in borders, flower beds and in pots. Combine this tulip with a selection of orange and burgundy flowers for a stunning effect.
