This exotic eucomis gets the nickname pineapple lily because of its shape and its characteristic green crown. The scented star-shaped flowers on the raceme are green-white coloured with a fine purple line on the edges. Eucomis is not very hardy so it is recommended to plant this pineapple lily in spring in a pot or in the garden in a sunny spot. Please take them inside during winter time.
